2-Ingredient Bagels


  • 1 cup of self-rising flour of choice (gluten-free flour, whole wheat flour etc.) 
  • 1 cup of fat-free Greek yogurt
  • OPTIONAL - 1 Egg (for egg wash on top w/seasoning)
  • OPTIONAL - Seasoning of choice


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine 1 cup of self-rising flour and 1 cup of fat-free Greek yogurt in a bowl until a dough starts to form
  3. To make your own self-rising flour, combine 1 cup of flour with 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder and ½ teaspoon of salt
  4. Turn dough on a lightly floured surface and brush your hands with a bit of flour
  5. Knead and divide into 4 parts
  6. Roll out each dough ball to form a rope and pinch the ends of each rope together to make a circle
  7. You will have four bagels
  8. Beat one egg and brush over the bagels and sprinkle with seasoning
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 23 minutes
  10. If using gluten-free flour, bake for an additional 3-4 minutes
