Playing Drs. Rx: Max Lugavere’s Crispy Gluten-Free Buffalo Chicken Wings

Nutrition trends expert and author of “Genius Foods,” Max Lugavere has whipped up some tasty, better-for-you buffalo chicken wings. These crispy, gluten-free buffalo chicken wings are made with coconut oil, garlic, salt, hot sauce and a little bit of butter. They’re baked, not fried, and they aren't breaded with refined flour which typically is used and will spike your insulin.
