Most people are looking to improve their bodies, but how far would you go for your "dream body"?
The Doctors discuss the results of a recent survey which found that many of us would endure some outlandish things in order to look out best, including:
- 33 percent said they would give up sex for an entire year
- 29 percent said they would spend a month alone
- 25 percent said they would spend a week in jail
- 21 percent said they would give up bathing for 2 week
The panel points out there is no such thing as a "perfect body" and The Doctors stress people should strive to "find your best body," and make choices that will benefit you physically and emotionally, and decisions that allow you to function and thrive in your daily life.
