Lauren, whose dad is a gynecologist, explains when she began to deal with their own feminine health issues, she found in stores it was often confusing, embarrassing and might not feel accessible to most people. She says this inspired her to create her company, which aims to destigmatize the word vagina and women's health in general. At just 24 she launched her company, and now she's 26 and is the head of a successful company.

The entrepreneur is also helping to inspire other women seeking to build their own businesses and says one of her best tips is, "You don't get what you don't ask for." She adds, "I was always afraid to ask people for things, but you can ask people for anything... it's important to support other women becasue the more women at the top, the better."
