Nora joins The Doctors to share about the shocking call she received from her mother telling Nora that her aunt was dying.
Nora's aunt had visited Mexico to receive liposuction, but her family was unable to get any answers from surgeons and they weren’t being allowed to see her aunt. With no improvement, her aunt was taken out of Mexico, and brought to a San Diego hospital. There Nora and her family learned the tragic news that her aunt was brain dead.
Despite reports of tragic stories like Nora's aunt, ER Physician Dr. Travis Stork points out that there are many reputable and well-suited doctors and facilities in Mexico but it is important to do your research before receiving surgery.
