Could screaming, cursing and expressing your anger actually help you find peace? The Doctors welcome Lindsay to discuss a type of yoga that is literally coming in hot - rage yoga!
This new yoga aims to calm a participant by first getting them fired up. Lindsay says this style encourages someone to scream and shout while inhaling and exhaling. She says during one session, someone once exclaimed, "I asked you to wash the dishes yesterday!"
Lindsay explains the participants let it all out while practicing deep breathing and stretching. It encourages the release of any stored up frustrations or negative feelings while practicing yoga poses and moves.
Clinical psychologist Dr. Judy Ho explains that cussing can help with self-expression, helping to feel empowered, along with improvement to mood and well-being.
