Could enjoying eggs before bed help you get a better night's sleep?
The Doctors weigh in Chrissy Teigen sharing that she enjoys hardboiled eggs before bed, calling them her "night eggs." She says she takes them to bed with her and eats them in the middle of the night if she wakes up feeling hungry.
ER physician Dr. Travis Stork notes if Chrissy is waking up multiple times each night, he feels the eggs are not helping her sleep.
The Doctors share there is research with claims consuming things like tart cherry juice, and nuts may help with sleep.
Dr. Travis reminds those viewers who are dealing with prolonged insomnia to seek help from a sleep specialist, in order to rule out sleep apnea. The panel also suggests not looking at devices (phones, tablets and TV) in the middle of the night will also help you get better sleep.
