The Doctors share a new study out of Southern Methodist Unversity which set out to find which areas of the US have the most psychopaths. The answer? Washington, DC! Since it's technically not a state, the state with the most psychopaths was found to be Connecticut. After that, California, New York, and New Jersey.

ER physician Dr. Travis Stork believes there are more platforms now than ever for psychopaths to present themselves on. Social media also allows people to present false versions of themselves. Dr. Batra says the corollary to this is the lack of empathy which is the deterioration of civility.
Washington, DC had twice as many psychopaths per capita as Connecticut did. While The Doctors is not a political show, Dr. Travis does want to point out that we still have the power! When you go vote, ask yourself if this person is honest, do they really want what is best for you, and are they a psychopath?!
