The “Naturally Delicious Desserts" author explains matcha, which is stone ground green tea, is high in antioxidants and can be a delicious and unexpected ingredient to add to food.

He creates a tasty breakfast dish using sticky rice, matcha powder, and maple syrup. He then adds fresh strawberries (he notes you can use a variety of fresh fruits), freshly grated ginger, and sesame seeds.
