Many celebrities have used the pandemic to transform their bodies and The Doctors welcome Thomas Roberts from DailyMailTV to reveal the 3 biggest weight-loss journeys of 2020.

He shares that singer Adele has reportedly lost 150 pounds, and she reportedly used The Sirtfood Diet (which allows wine and dark chocolate in small portions) to drop the weight. (Dr. Ian notes there is not much research on how effective the diet actually is.)

Another transformation was Kelly Osbourne -- someone who has been outspoken about their weight struggles for many years -- shared that she is less concerned about her weight and more focused on her health. She revealed this year that she has lost upwards of 85 pounds. 

Rapper Busta Rhymes also debuted a new body on social media this year explaining he worked with a trainer and began eating meals high in protein and limited his alcohol intake in order to get his rock hard abs.
