Isaac says the workout, which lasts 45 minutes to an hour, involves body resistance, dance conditioning, and targeted repetition. He says it can be done anywhere, including from the comfort of your own home. The trainer notes it can be performed in a small space and can be a replacement for being in the gym or going for a run.
"I want everyone to get active and not be intimated by it," he tells us. Isaac shares his advice for beginners, stressing that one should focus on having proper form and to work on the intensity of the workout as your progress.
