The Doctors welcome “The Home Edit” stars Clea Shearer and Joanna Teplin to share their expert organizing tips that will help declutter your home.

Clea and Joanna, who have helped celebrities like Reese Witherspoon on their Netflix series, say if you are dealing with too many things in your home, the first steps are to purge and then organize.
They encourage people looking to declutter to start small with an area that you can start and finish, like possibly a drawer. When purging they say to "remove anything you don't love, need or use."
And to stay organized in the longterm, the experts believe a labeling system is key. They say it could be an actual label, but also attributing a color to how you organize can work. They also say this will help you continue to maintain your spaces and keep up with the organization.

The experts also apply the 80/20 method to how they approach organizing and feel a space should never be over 80 percent full. They feel getting too close to 100 percent capacity in a room, space, or home will have a negative impact. Shop their organization collection here.
