Alzheimer's disease can have a devasting effect, and teenager Emma Yang has created an app called Timeless to help those affected by the disease.

The 14-year-old was inspired to develop the tool to help her grandmother, who is battling the disease. The app uses facial recognition technology to help those affected by the Alzheimer's remember their loved ones.

Emma created and coded the app on her own and even received praise from tech mogul Bill Gates.
