This quick tip comes from singer Camila Cabello who is no stranger to anxiety, which is the most common mental illness in the United States with at least 40 million people suffering from anxiety. It can be very debilitating for some who can suffer from daily panic attacks.

Camila suggests when you are feeling symptoms of anxiety, which your bodies natural response to stress, you should breathe in through your nose for 5 seconds and exhale out of your mouth for 5 seconds. The 23-year-old has been candid about her struggles with anxiety and OCD, and shares that this works to quickly combat her feelings of overwhelm and anxiety.
