You might be having a hard time trying to work from home while sheltering in place during the coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic. The Doctors share a recipe for a focus-improving smoothie that just might help you think better! 

This smoothie combines avocado, dark chocolate and matcha powder. The Doctors explain that avocados are high in the amino acid tyrosine, which can help increase dopamine in the brain.

Dark chocolate has antioxidants that may help enhance memory. In one 2017 study, researchers found that regularly eating cacao was linked to improvements in working memory and attention. Dr. Travis Stork recommends using a dark chocolate that has 80% cacao or higher.
