Do you find dieting means eating the same foods over and over again? The Doctors share a new study which found a simple way to help you stick to your diet routine. You’ve got to mix up the way you eat your foods!
A survey observed 300 people drinking water and found that those who drank water in different ways, like in a wine or a cocktail glass, enjoyed it more. The study also observed people eating plain popcorn, half of the group using chopsticks, the other half not. The group who used the chopsticks reported enjoying the popcorn more!
