Are you feeling confused about which foods are healthy and which foods you should skip? The Doctors welcome Dr. Mark Hyman, author of “Food: What the Heck Should I Cook?” who shares a simple approach to making delicious and healthy meals.
Dr. Hyman says, "The diet wars are killing us," noting that one day a certain food is considered "bad" and the next it's labeled as something "good" to eat. He says our focus should be using real, whole, quality and healthy ingredients in the foods we prepare.
He also hopes to dispell the myth that eating healthy and cooking has to be expensive, difficult and is too time-consuming. He feels it can be "simple, delicious, and easy."
