Phyllis Sues tells us she loves to stay active with yoga and dancing. She was a professional dancer on Broadway until the age of 50 and she's kept up her passion for staying active in her 90's. And according to Phyllis, anyone can succeed at their fitness goals, but warns, "It takes work." To succeed at anything in life including fitness, Phyllis says, "You have to love what you do."
