They share a creative take on the classic comfort food that only takes 20 minutes to make and only contains three ingredients. The 3 ingredients are cauliflower, eggs, and cheese.

This recipe contains double the fiber of a traditional chip, along with a lot more protein. OB/GYN Dr. Nita Landry says she feels this is not exactly like a traditional nacho but says it is a nice alternative to enjoy at home.
