Daily Mail TV host Thomas Roberts tells Dr. Ian Smith that stars like Halle Berry, Pink, and Dwayne Johnson have been using their pandemic time to stay fit and tone up -- and they are involving their families.
Halle, who shares her fitness routine weekly on Instagram, even uses her son as a weight while doing squats.
Another active celebrity mom is Pink, who has also shared her exercise routines on her social media accounts as well. She is known to involve her whole family when working out.
Thomas says Dwayne Johnson, who recently tested positive for COVID-19, is not letting the virus stop him from staying active and reveals he's working out 7 days a week. "That's a true commitment to your fitness and your body," the Daily Mail TV host says.

For Thomas, who is often traveling for work, he brings along a jump rope (something easy to pack and can be used in a hotel room) and he also says he does sets of planks for his abs.
