She explains her classes aim to get people moving more to help combat how stationery many of us have become recently. Some moves that Lacey suggests you can easily do at home include:
Squat reaches - these work the core and raise the heart rate
Squat hooks - this move will help expel some of your stored-up energy and also help vent some pent-up anger
Squat with alternating leg lifts - this can help tone the butt
Imaginary jump rope - this raises the heart rate and will keep you moving
