Meet Woman Who Shares She Developed Tics during the Pandemic
Over the course of her weight loss journey, Michelle lost an impressive 113 pounds and says she has dropped from size 22 to size 8.
In addition to her body changing, Michelle's health also changed for the better. She previously dealt with PCOS, psoriatic arthritis, gallstones, hormone fluctuations, and diabetes.
"I felt horrible," she says looking back at the start of her journey. "I felt sick all the time, and right now I feel better than I ever have in my entire life."
Prior to losing weight, she was told she would need to take various medications to treat her diabetes, including her high blood sugar. Now, Michelle is happy to share her blood sugar is down to the appropriate levels and reveals she keeps her medications in her bathroom to inspire her to stay on track with her weight loss efforts.
"I look at it all the time to remind myself of where I never want to be again," Michelle says.
