A viewer asks, "I get a rash after working out. Why is this and what can I do to prevent it?"
Dermatologist Dr. Sonia Batra explains this issue is a heat rash called miliaria and says it is due to sweat glands getting blocked. She also says perspiration can cause inflammation and itching.

To avoid this, she recommends the following:
- Cool down properly after your workout
- Try using cool compresses to help with your cool down
- Try an antihistamine
- She also suggests wearing lightweight workout clothing which are breathable
