Men reportedly switch out there bedding approximately 30 days and the survey found that women only wait 19 days. And when it comes to changing sheets after having sex, the study found that single women change their sheets 2 days after having sex, and single men wait 18 days.
ER physician Dr. Travis Stork says he is not worried about this and notes that most people are not getting sick or any ill from sheets. He says he feels we might be too obsessed with washing sheets.
The Doctors suggests washing your sheets every 1 to 2 weeks.
