Everyone is hoping to live longer and The Doctors share this can be achieved by just making sure to exercise daily. They discuss a study that found that getting 13 minutes of daily exercise can extend your life by 3 years.

They acknowledge this can be difficult to do on certain days, but suggest things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, going for a walk with your family or with a pet, and encourage everyone to try and get those daily steps in regardless of how busy you are.
