Playing 3 Fitness Moves in 10 Minutes to Get Fit

It might feel impossible to escape stress right now, but fitness expert Jennifer Jacobs says just 10 minutes of being active each day can help.

She shares 3 moves you can do from your home in just minutes that will help take the stress out of finding the time to be active. She says doing 7 10-minute sessions throughout the week will outperform doing one 60-minute session. Jennifer says these moves, when combined into a circuit workout, will have a major impact.

Squat - cross hands across the chest and lower yourself like sitting in a chair

Bent-over row - with your chest towards the floor and arms extended out and pull your elbows toward your body and release

Focus on the core - laying on the floor and holding yourself with your forearms, bring your knees towards your chest, alternate and repeat

She says to do 12 to 20 reps of each move with no rest in-between each and this will ensure you get your heart rate up and fit in a workout in just 10 minutes.

See her demonstrate all the moves in the video above!
