If you are looking to turn back the hands of time, you might want to put down that glass of wine!
The Doctors discuss the possible effects binge drinking can take on your health, and especially your appearance. They share that a heavy night of drinking -- where you consume 5 glasses of wine or more -- can leave lasting effects on your body for up to 28 days.
This much drinking can lead to dark eye circles, puffiness around your eyes, broken blood vessels, a dehydrated forehead, along with saggy and loose facial skin.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Ordon also notes that consuming too much alcohol can cause inflammation.
"The next time you decide to throw back a few, don't overdo it," ER physician Dr. Travis Stork suggests.
