Playing Drs. Rx: Massage Your Face!

Are you making sure to dedicate enough time to your face every day? The Doctors share how daily face care can go a long way to help with circulation and cell turnover.

Dermatologist Dr. Sonia Batra urges everyone to make sure they remove all of their makeup at the end of the day, noting that the face can be a magnet for pollution and dirt. She says to massage the face at the end of the day, as well, sharing that if you simply massage the face while using your makeup cleanser it can help to boost the circulation in that area and also help those skin cells turnover.

For best results, she says to use a cleanser with alpha-hydroxy acid or beta-hydroxy acid (which are both sold over-the-counter) as they will also help with the body's collagen production.
