Black fermented garlic: He says this aged garlic, which has been heated in a high humidity oven for 90 days, won't give you garlic breathe and is super high in antioxidants. The item, which is popular in many Asian dishes, can be eaten right out of the package. 

Beef liver jerky: Max says this is a superfood that has many nutritional benefits and that using the liver to make the jerky is more nutrient-dense. ER physician Dr. Travis Stork says the liver jerky is much tastier compared to traditional liver.

Sparkling apple cider vinegar drink: He says this calorie-free, sugar-free drink can help fight fungus in the body and may help better regulate blood sugar.
