Sandwich swap: OB/GYN Dr. Nita Landry suggests a grilled peach Caprese, which is cut in half and stacked like a sandwich, after grilling for just 10 minutes. This dish also has fresh mozzarella and balsamic vinegar and contains important vitamins and will be a delight to the tastebuds.
