Many people, approximately 33 percent of adults, do not get enough sleep. A natural sleep patch claims to help people get a better night's sleep and The Doctors put it to the test.
We tested out the patch with Shelbie, Dante, and Melissa, who all say they have problems sleeping. According to the company, the Klova Sleep ZPatch contains natural ingredients and supplements including Cosmoperine, passion flower, GABA, 5-HTP, skullcap, L-Theanine, magnesium BHB, valerian, hops, and melatonin.
Shelbie says she "loved" the patch and felt an improvement in her sleeping. She also says she had vivid dreams while using the patch and was able to wake up without even setting an alarm.
Dante also says he experienced vivid dreams while using the patch and was able to fall asleep right away when using. He too was able to wake up without an alarm clock when using the patch.

Melissa says her results using the patch were "inconsistent," with some nights of great sleep and also other nights of interrupted sleeping. She tells us that she also had a little skin sensitivity when using the patch.
The Doctors note that getting a good night's sleep might take a multifaceted approach including turning off your devices before bed and making sure the room is dark and cool. As always, speak with your doctor before taking any supplements.
