Christie Brinkley joins The Doctors to share some of her beauty secrets and tips on how you can age gracefully.
"A huge part of aging is your attitude," the 64-year-old says. "It's really important to stay positive."

In addition to having a good attitude, Christie tells us she feels it's important to also:
- Make healthy food choices, she tells us she is a vegetarian
- Exercise regularly
- Protect your face from the sun
- Use sunscreen daily
- Always have a hat on hand when outdoors
"Have an attitude of gratitude," she says, adding, "The way that you project yourself to a room can be either aging or can be very youthful."
