Celebrity trainer Simone De La Rue takes three busy women struggling to fit fitness into their daily routine and shows them the way to do it at home!
Francis, Paola, and Marisa join Simone in her gym to learn five moves to work their entire bodies. Check out the video above to see how Simone does this circuit of exercises:

Simone promises the ladies that they will see results if they perform these exercises every day and combine them with healthy eating.
“She makes it look effortless but those are not easy moves!” exclaims plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Ordon. The women agree but they are all happy to report they have had success doing them at home.
Marisa says she has been doubling her sets every day and it has helped her fit into a smaller clothing size! Francis says it’s been a great experience and her children have a blast watching her do it. Simone says one of her missions is to spread a love of fitness and for mothers to be a role model for their kids, so she’s thrilled Francis’ kids enjoy watching her exercise.
Paola says she is surprised her stomach is the sorest part of her body. Simone’s five exercises specifically target each muscle group but Simone was happy to hear Paola felt it in her abs because her method is dance-based and the idea of dance is that all movement comes from the core.
ER physician Dr. Travis Stork asks Simone what her best tip is. Simone says women make excuses that they are too busy but these moves can be done anywhere and they can even aim to do just 10 minutes. She prefers 30 minutes but the moves can also be broken up into 10-minute chunks throughout the day.
