Watch a Woman Undergo Mini Filler ‘Glow Up’
Celebrity trainer and star of “Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian” Lacey Stone joins The Doctors to discuss the dangers of following social media fitness models. She explains that to be a trainer, you need to get a certification as well as go to school to understand kinesiology. Dermatologist expert Dr. Sonia Batra explains this certification will help people know if these fitness influencers are going to be able to teach you how to do things without hurting yourself. Lacey agrees and adds that improper form is a big problem on social media. She says it’s hard to coach someone when you can’t directly speak with them.
Lacey recommends a virtual training platform (and she has her very own!) where you can pay around $20 per month to have a big trainer workout with you and write you a program and a food plan. It’s interactive and there are also forums you can chat on. Lacey says you can use Instagram and social media to get a better body you just need to know what you’re looking for.
