Nicole shares with The Doctors that sometimes she has these dreams where she’ll get a really intense, good feeling coming from her legs and washing over her. She’s wondering if she is orgasming in her sleep. Is that even possible?
OB/GYN Dr. Nita Landry says, “Yes, it is possible!” Dr. Nita says we know men get these dreams, but unlike men, women don’t have that “evidence.” She explains during sleep our bodies are in a relaxed state and your subconscious goes to different places.

If you haven’t had one before ladies, Dr. Nita says to not give up. “Keep taking naps!”
