Miss Chris says she uses spanking and corporal punishment in order to help people achieve goals and objectives. She says spanking helps to keep people accountable. She feels spanking can be "a huge stress reliever." She also says spanking therapy can help people process and resolve feelings of guilt. Miss Chris says her punishments range from very mild to heavy and hard.

ER physician Dr. Travis Stork undergoes the spanking therapy live on our stage.

"I have to admit, initially my stress levels went very high, but then I did feel a little bit of release," he reveals, comparing it to a massage.

Miss Chris says her rates start at $125 dollars an hour and she notes that spanking therapy should only be used in conjunction with a professional mental health expert if being used to address past trauma.
