Could those bananas sitting on your kitchen counter help you with your sleep issues?

But does this banana tea actually help? The Doctors question just how much of those nutrients someone will get from drinking the tea. After tasting the fruit-flavored tea, the panel says it tastes pleasant and subtle, but they deem it a "bust."
