Could those bananas sitting on your kitchen counter help you with your sleep issues?
The Doctors share how a tea made from boiled bananas (using the cut ends of the fruit) is said to help someone sleep better due to the fruit containing magnesium, potassium, certain B vitamins, and tryptophan.
But does this banana tea actually help? The Doctors question just how much of those nutrients someone will get from drinking the tea. After tasting the fruit-flavored tea, the panel says it tastes pleasant and subtle, but they deem it a "bust."
