Camila Alves McConaughey joins The Doctors to share one her favorite family recipes that will have you rushing to turn on your slow cooker.
The mother of 3, wife and lifestyle expert founded the website WomenofToday.com -- which she says was created to help women learn from other women in areas like health, decor, style, parenting, and food.
She shares her "Brazilian Chicken Stroganoff" recipe, which she says was her favorite dish growing up. She explains that she has adapted the recipe to make it easier for people with a busy schedule.
In addition to cooking healthy meals for her family, she and her Oscar-winning husband are helping others stay healthy with their non-profit The just keep livin Foundation, which she says is "all about preventing before having to cure" and "helping young men and women become great adults." Their foundation offers nutrition tips, exercises, and motivational guest speakers.
