The Doctors share the results of a study that found consuming alcohol within 4 hours of sleep is more likely to disturb sleep than drinking something containing caffeine. The study also discovered that nicotine was even more disruptive to someone's sleep.
The panel also notes that drinking more than 1 serving of alcohol can amplify sleep issues.
