For thicker hair: The beauty expert suggests a tip from the Dominican Republic, which involves adding two cloves of peeled garlic to shampoo and using 1 to 2 times per week. Shalini says this can help your hair appear thicker and also not fall out. She says not to worry about your hair smelling like garlic noting the smell will dissipate. She also says adding chopped garlic to nail polish can help thicken your nails.

For an easy way to remove eye makeup: Shalini shares a tip popular from France, which involves using sweet almond oil to remove makeup near the eyes. She says the oil will remove makeup with ease, along with soothing and hydrating the sensitive area near your eyes.
