The New Zealand man had a clown accompany him to the meeting where he suspected he was going to get fired in order to provide some much-needed comedic relief. The clown did things like mimed crying and tears as the man was terminated and made balloon animals.
The Doctors note this is a great approach to coping with a bad situation and it illustrates just how creative the man (who was fired from an advertising agency) is -- the panel thinks they should have kept him!
