The Doctors talk to Jenna who has lost 90 pounds the “good old-fashioned way” -- by using diet and exercise! After a car accident, which left Jenna with sustained permanent neck and back injuries, she knew she had to make a change.

Jenna shared some great tips to help dieters stay on track. She began her weight loss using clean eating and meal prep. She meal preps two days at a time instead of for the entire week. By doing this, it keeps her meals fresh and exciting.
She also found smart replacements for her sweet tooth cravings. Instead of ice cream and candy, Jenna eats a bowl of fresh cut-up fruit with whipped cream and sometimes dark chocolate drizzle on top. It satisfies her cravings, yet keeps her on track.

OB/GYN Dr. Nita Landry points out that accountability is huge. Jenna agrees and said she found her tribe of supporters on Instagram. There she found like-minded, supportive people that were also going through the same weight-loss experience. ER physician Dr. Travis Stork praised Jenna for her positive use of social media!
