No Nightshade Pizza

ER physician Dr. Travis Stork explains that eliminating nightshade vegetables might not help everyone who suffers from arthritis, but for some, it can make a big difference.

Try Caroline's no nightshade pizza recipe:

Ingredients:• Wheat tortillas
• Vegetable oil spray
• Olive oil
• Kosher salt and black pepper
• Garlic flakes
• Oregano
• White pepper (optional)
• 3 cups fresh spinach
• 2 cups mushrooms, thinly sliced
• 3/4 cup black olives, sliced
• 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup feta, crumbled

Directions:1. Thinly spread olive oil over the entire surface of tortillas.
2. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic flakes and dried oregano.
3. For a spicy option, season with white pepper.
4. Layer spinach over the tortillas, about 1 1/2 inches high.
5. Add mushrooms and black olives.
6. Top with mozzarella and feta cheeses.
7. Sprinkle lightly again with salt, black pepper, garlic flakes and oregano.
8. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 14 to 15 minutes, or until edges of crust and cheeses have slightly browned.
