1. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day. Staying hydrated helps you get rid of excess water weight. Plus, drinking a glass of water before every meal can help you consume less calories.

2. Eat a lean protein three times a day with as many veggies as you want.

3. Don't eat the last few hours before bedtime.
