Celebrity Cucumber DietRumors recently surfaced that actress Jennifer Aniston is on the Cucumber Diet, which consists of eating a cucumber salad that is made up of three medium cucumbers, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream and dill, parsley or basil, three times a day for a week.

"You're only going to be getting about [151 calories per meal]," pediatrician Dr. Jim Sears says. "That's really [low]. You're not going to be able to exercise if you're doing that, because you're going to be too lethargic."
Eating too few calories can be just as unhealthy as eating too many. While the key to losing weight is to burn more calories than you consume, you need to eat enough to have the energy to do so.
