The Doctors explain that activated charcoal might be trendy with its claims of removing impurities, but they note that the American Dental Association says there is no evidence to support using charcoal to whiten your teeth. The Doctors deem this a BUST.

Can a Brush Get Rid of Cellulite?: Stars like Gwyneth Paltrow and Elle McPherson reportedly use a dry brush to combat cellulite. The Doctors note that using a brush on the skin may improve circulation and possibly the inflammation caused by the brush may help your cellulite look better. Plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Ordon notes that there is no permanent cure for cellulite. The Doctors warn against using a brush that is too hard or using it on an open wound or if you have a rash. They say this a BUZZ.
