Michelle Tam, author of "Ready or Not!" and creator of social media sensation Nom Nom Paleo, joins The Doctors to share dishes you can create in an electric pressure cooker, like an Instant Pot.
"I think everyone should be cooking their own meals and this makes it super, super simple," she says, adding that with her recipes, "You can throw everything in and walk away."
She prepares her "Pressure Cooker Salsa Chicken," "Pressure Cooker Sunday Gravy," and "Pressure Cooker Kabocha and Ginger Pork," which ER physician Dr. Travis Stork and dermatologist Dr. Sonia Batra loved!
In addition to being tasty, Michelle says the dishes are also healthy. "The healthiest meal is the one that you cook yourself because you know exactly what is going in it," she tells The Doctors.
