Instagram star and model Lindsey Pelas might be known for her natural HH-sized breasts on Instagram, but are they the source of the recent pain she has been experiencing?
"Lately, I have been feeling this nagging pain on the left side of my back... some days it hurts all over and I'm not sure where it is coming from. Sometimes I'm like, 'Oh my God, this is bad! What is it?" she shares.

In hopes of getting to the bottom of her back pain, we sent her to see orthopedic spine surgeon Dr. Hooman M. Melamed, who conducted an MRI on Lindsey.
Following the exam and scan, Dr. Melamed shares, "[There are] zero structure problems and [she has] a perfect spine... all the discs look healthy and [her] balance alignment looks perfect."

Dr. Melamed believes the stresses of her modeling career, standing for long periods in high heels of time and traveling could be the source of her back pain.
In order to minimize back pain, Dr. Melamed and The Doctors recommend:
- Exercises that focus on the upper back, lower back and core strength
- (For women) Make sure you to wear the correct bra
- Limit your time wearing high heels
- When flying and traveling, make sure to walk around often and wear comfortable shoes
