Tiffani Thiessen Gets Cooking!

Tiffani Thiessen first won over hearts on “Saved by the Bell” and now the actress is cooking up something special on the Cooking Channel’s “Dinner at Tiffani’s.”

The star joins The Doctors to share some of her favorite lighter dishes that will make for the perfect dinner.

“I’m all about balance. I try to eat as clean as possible during the week and then have a little fun on the weekends,” she says.

For The Doctors, she prepared:

  • Turkey meatloaf: The turkey makes the comfort dish a little leaner and Tiffani adds oats instead of breadcrumbs
  • Roasted chopped salad: She opts for a light vinaigrette, which allows you to taste the ingredients, instead of the dressing
  • Peas, ricotta on ciabatta: The veggies offer a great source of protein with the peas
  • Mint mule: with fresh ginger and blackberries, which is a great way to add something healthy to an alcoholic beverage

Tiffani tells The Doctors she has a home garden, which has made her kids more interested in vegetables as they are able to see them transform from a seed to a plant. She says she often finds her little ones out in the garden eating vegetables straight from the vine.
