“Fifty Shades Darker” hits theaters this weekend and like many of us, you might be wondering how the films’ stars achieved such sexy and ripped bodies – The Doctors break it down!

As for Jamie Dornan, who plays BDSM-loving billionaire Christian Grey in the “Fifty Shades of Grey” sequel, his trainer reportedly focused on his legs. His workouts consisted of just 2 sessions a week for 30 minutes to strengthen his quads, hamstrings, and glutes.

Dakota Johnson, who co-stars as Anastasia Steele, underwent a series of exercises for lengthening and toning which included leg lifting, floor routines and a lot of abdominal workouts.

With plenty of sexy scenes in the racy film, including a shower scene where Jamie holds up his co-star up, their hard work in the gym was well worth it!

While getting that “Fifty Shades” body might be far off for some of us, plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Ordon has a quick fix if you have yet to reach your Christian and Anastasia body goals, “Just turn the lights down a little bit, you’ll be just fine,” he jokes.

ER physician Dr. Travis Stork notes that anything that motivates us to work out more, especially focusing on core and legs will help improve your daily life and could also help make things a little steamier in the bedroom (or the shower!). The Doctors  note that proper diet, including plenty of protein, was most likely involved in getting these actors in top shape.
